Residential and Commercial Alarm Response
The majority of police forces require an emergency contact to attend all alarm dispatches.
Police may not attend the alarm call if they cannot confirm attendance. With Crusade Security Alarm
Response services we are able to attend an alarm calls in 30 minutes or less 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
Upon arrival on site, Crusade Security highly trained Alarm Response Officers will make a full
perimeter check and also interior check if requested. Depending on the alarm call or what they find,
will depend on what action is needed. After the emergency situation is resolved, a detailed Alarm
Response report will outline for the reason for the alarm, time attended, and results of the alarm investigation.
